Direction for Use

1. Label patient’s name in 6 spot, then  drop preheated HEPES or MOPS culture medium  (containing the protein)  in small circle of 4 spot, each drop is about 10-15μL,then store the oocyte(s) in the culture medium.

2. PVP add method：

2.1. If the sperm is processed, a moderate amount of PVP will be dropped into the circular pit 1；

2.2. If the sample is testicular or epididymal sperm , a moderate amount of HEPES or MOPS is  dropped into a circular pit 1.  Then add PVP along the slope, build PVP bridge at the top of the slope, thus selected sperm will be more active.

2.3. Cover the medium with culture oil (3-3.5mL)

3. Sperm sample add method：

3.1. Drop the treated semen sample into the circular pits 1, where the sperm in the semen will swim along the ramp 2 and is separated with pathogens.

3.2. Drop the treated testicular or epididymal sperm sample into the circular pits 1. The living sperm can swim to the edge of the circular pit, or will swim along the slope 2, then use the ICSI needle to suck the sperm and transfer it into the PVP solution. At the top of the slope 2, high quality sperm can be obtained for ICSI. 

Precautions

Do not re-use the product, please destroy it after use.

The product has been sterilized by gamma ray and the period of sterilization validity is three years. Do not use if the sterile packaging has been compromised or expiry date has been exceeded.

This product is intended to be used by staff who have obtain the relevant qualifications.
